The Nairobi Club Food & Beverage facilities cater for members and their guests to hold conferences, workshops, meeting and team building activities. With our wealth of experience and talent, any customized event is possible. Let our professional staff look after all the details for you. The private function rooms are available to Members. A variety of rooms is available to suit your needs. A standard package includes:

  • Meeting room
  • Free stationery – writing pad and pen.
  • ½ litre bottle of mineral water for every participant
  • Flip chart, paper and markers.
  • TV / Video.
  • Morning and afternoon tea/coffee with pastries.
  • Buffet lunch

Charges at Shs.1,400.00 per participant per day

Private Dinning Room – P.D.R.
This is one of the expansive meeting rooms in the Club. It can accommodate up to 50 people sitting arrangement and 100 people for cocktails. It is a meeting room that the Rotarians have chosen to have their meetings throughout. This is the most ideal place to have a private function.

Card Room
It is situated next to the newly refurbished Upper Lounge, and can take up to 15 people.

Braimbridge Room
This is found in the quiet serene cricket pavilion. The ideal place for your seminar and meetings. It can take up to 20 people.

Makuti Banda
This is the newest addition to our meeting rooms with an African touch. It is the ideal place for an informal function and team-building exercises.

Meeting Rooms 1 & 2
These are newly refurbished and are situated at the extreme end of the main Club house. They can take in a conference of people ranging from 10 to 50 people.
