The smooth running, relaxed atmosphere and at-your-service attitude at the heart of the Nairobi Club is maintained by the dedicated and confident management team.

The Committees are directly elected by the Members. Board Members serve for 3 years before re-election and can only serve three 3 year terms before retirement. A period of three years must then ensue before a three term Board member is eligible for re-election to the Board. The Chairman is directly elected by the Board. The Board may also appoint up to three additional co-opted members.
