Please find attached an important governance update following the High Court ruling delivered on 20 July 2026. The Court declined the interim orders sought and directed that the substantive matter proceed on an expedited basis, with the final determination scheduled for 9 October 2026.

In accordance with Rule (12) of the Club’s Rules & By-laws, the election of the Club Chairman and Main Committee members shall be held on Friday, the 29th May 2026, from 5.00 pm at the Club. Following a notice dated 1st April 2026, members desiring to take part in the elections or to propose or second names for the positions were requested to submit their nominations on or before Tuesday 28th April 2026 at 5.00 pm.
